Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mariah is the last pup in the litter of five from Murray County. One pup died, and the other three have been adopted. Mariah is wondering where her forever family is! She has responded well to the security of regular meals and affection and she is now healthy and happy. Mariah is very sweet and loves to chew bones, play with rope bones, play chase, and snuggle in your lap or on your shoulder. She really enjoys running around and playing with the 9 year old male basset in her foster home. She has been wormed three times and has had four rounds of puppy shots including rabies. This 16 week old pup is an obedient girl who is learning what "no" means. Mariah really wants to please her people. She knows how to use the dog door and is making the connection that dogs go potty outside - she's a smart pup - and has not gone potty in the house for over a month! Mariah's mom is a basset, and we're guessing that daddy is a Treeing Walker Coonhound (she looks just like one). Mariah will make her forever family very happy because she's just and excellent pup! We can't understand why someone hasn't snatched up this adoreable pup!
