Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Thank you for visiting Fletcher! By choosing to adopt a dog through C.A.R.E.S., you are not only giving a wonderful dog a forever home, but you are allowing us to rescue another dog on death row. You are also choosing to support a true no-kill rescue organization. Thank you!.
Such a nice boy! Fletcher was a stray and was rescued from Animal Control when his time was up. We think his is a purebred Labrador Retriever based upon his looks. He is a very good-looking dog. He is about 5-6 years old. It’s very sad to have a lost dog of that age. Someone obviously took good care of him, but didn’t know how to find him.
Fletcher is a very nice dog. He is a typical lab—very intelligent, happy, and eager to please.
He appears to be housetrained and he does fine in a crate. He knows some basic commands, like SIT and COME and is continuing his training while in our care.
He has a lot of energy and would enjoy someone to walk with him. He too busy sniffing to know much more about him. He’s just nice.
Please come meet Fletcher, he deserves a good home where he will be loved and appreciated.
This dog's adoption fee is $265 (plus tax). This includes being spayed/neutered, denal cleaning, current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, wormed, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested (negative) and medicated during the heartworm season (May-Dec) while in our care, comes with a Gentle Leader headcollar (if we feel it is needed), and is currently learning Basic Obedience commands and good doggie manners.
The first step in our adoption process is to fill out an application. If you'd like to have an application emailed to you, just email us. Thank you!
