Abby's Info...

I am already spayed, a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Abby's Story...
Abby is a beautiful girl. Her approximate date of birth is May 2007. She is also a special needs kitty. She is deaf. She is a wonderful kitty and will adjust to the right new home well. Because of her hearing deficits, she is easily startled. Because of this, we suggest that her new home be a fairly calm one and no small children. Abby is also not very fond of other cats. She has been around medium sized dogs and, as long as they were gentle and not too rambunctious, she did well. She is also a talker. She meows and talks quite loudly! Can you give this girl the safe and comfortable forever home that she deserves?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abby, a Muncie Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Muncie, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Muncie.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Muncie already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Muncie breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Muncie paves the way for another one to be saved.
