Abigail's Story...
Hello - my name is Abigail and I am a real sweetheart. I am black and white and the shihtzu/bichon combination is very pretty. I don't shed at all and I'm very loving and affectionate once I get to know you - I'm just not one of those free and easy girls! I probably weigh 15# but I'm on a diet - I've lost a couple pounds already. I am quiet but I will alert you if anyone comes around. I enjoy sitting beside my person or on their lap and I like to play with toys too - especially when no one is looking. I do have a cleft lip - it is something I was born with but it gives me character. Please contact mholcomb@rjfnet.com for more information or an appt to meet me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abigail, a Brecksville Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise for sale in Brecksville, or seeking a Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise dog from a breeder in Brecksville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brecksville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brecksville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise breeders who help with Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brecksville paves the way for another one to be saved.
