Nikki's Info...

I am purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Nikki's Story...
Nikki is a beautiful girl with a wonderful goofy personality ~ She is about 16 weeks old ~ up to date with vaccinations ~ weighs 32lbs ~ and is ready to find a loving forever home of her own ~ Nikki's owner had some medical issues arise that will keep her from being able to properly care for her so felt it best that she surrender her to our rescue in order to find her the best forever home possible ~ She has been well socialized with dogs, cats, chickens, adults and older children and treats everyone like a long lost friend ~ She may be "too much" for younger children ~ She is purebred Saint Bernard and is going to be a very big girl so you will definitely need to do your research on the breed before applying ~~ If heavy shedding, slobbering and drooling are not what you had in mind then maybe this isn't the right breed for you.
~~~Please email rescue-me@earthlink.net for an application for possible approval
~~~
Puppies require a lot of time for house breaking and training... and in this case of lot of space for this pup... therefore it is in the best interest of this pup that she be adopted to a family where someone will be home most of the day and has experience with a large breed dog ~ Thank you for understanding!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nikki, a Milford St. Bernard puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a St. Bernard for sale in Milford, or seeking a St. Bernard puppy from a breeder in Milford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Milford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Milford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even St. Bernard breeders who help with St. Bernard rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Milford paves the way for another one to be saved.
