Hi, my name is Katy, but my foster Mama calls me Snow because I'm snow white all over! I step up on your hand and like to be out of my cage. I chirp when I hear music and will talk to you when talked to. I am very sweet and love to be handled by just about anyone! I'm on a seed diet, but my Mama adds pellets to it, so I suppose I may let her convert me to a better diet soon. I am very young, about 1 year old, so I have a lot of life left to devote to you! Please consider me for adoption!
