My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dakota is a 5-year-old neutered male Siberian Husky. He has a wonderful personality, does well with other dogs and he is housetrained. He was great with the previous owner's kids (2 and 4 years old). Dakota would do best in a home where someone is home a lot. He doesn't like to be left alone for long periods of time.


Note: We are an all volunteer organization and will not respond to brief e-mail requests for more information about a dog. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out and submit our online application. Vet and personal references will be checked and a home visit is required. Also, a minimum 5' high fenced yard is required to adopt any of our dogs and invisible fences are NOT acceptable.


All dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption, up to date on all vaccinations, heartworm tested, on heartworm preventative year-round, and microchipped for identification.
