My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ringo was very depressed when his family dropped him off at a shelter to be put to sleep...because they just didn't have time for him anymore. They got Ringo when he was a puppy and now he's 10 years old. The shelter called CBR and asked for help and we were honored to pull this sweet senior boy! We realized that he needed immediate medical attention so he was examined by one of our veterinary partners. He had such a severe ear infection that no ear canal was visible...it was full of blood and pus. He may be deaf from this infection going to long with no treatment. 14 of his teeth fell out of his mouth into our vet's hands due to infected gums. He also had a golf ball sized benign tumor removed from his neck. The good news is he came thru the surgery with flying colors and is now hoping that someone will come forward to adopt him so he can live happily ever after! Sound like a fairy "tail"?
