Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey, Toby here. I want to tell you a secret: I’m not a purebred beagle, but the good people at BREW decided to save me anyway. I may be a big boy, but I’m a sweetheart - at least that’s what Foster Mom says. I play hard & then I sleep hard.
I’m a pro at going in & out the doggie door. Sometimes I go in & out & in & out & in & out just because I can. I love being outside to smell the wildlife & boy do I sing while sniffing! I love to curl up & snuggle after a day of playing outside.
I get to sleep in the “big bed” at night, but I’m in a crate during the day when Foster Mom goes to work. I’m not happy about it, but I do it without complaining & I never make a mess in the crate.
I almost have the potty training down. I’d say I’m at about 95%. Sometimes I forget to say that I need to go out, but as long as we stick to a schedule, I don’t have any accidents.
Sometimes I chew on things I’m not supposed to - maybe shoes shouldn’t be left out where I can get to them! But, I can always use my sad eyes to get me out of trouble. Give me a squeaky toy & I’m happy.
I get along with all the dogs & people I’ve met. I don’t even mind cats.
If you’re looking for a big boy who will give as much love as he gets, then I’m the one for you!
