Mazzy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Mazzy's Story...
Mazzy is one big, beautiful girl! Her rather solid size belies her sweet and loving nature. Delighted at the prospect of going for a walk, Mazzy just as happily lies quietly at your feet when you stop to chat with a friend; all she really wants is your company. Mazzy spent the first 5 years of her life with one family where she lived with a small dog, so we know that she can get along with most dogs, She also lived happily with 3 small children. However, cats are not her favorite companions so Mazzy would do best in a home with no cats. Come meet our Mazzy and experience her loving ways for yourself. A few of her affectionate kisses will convince you how extra-specially sweet this girl really is.

Act quickly to adopt Mazzy. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mazzy, a Berkeley American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Berkeley, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Berkeley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berkeley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berkeley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berkeley paves the way for another one to be saved.
