My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I am Charlie, a 7 year old Goffin cockatoo. I am very, very sweet and love everyone! I step up to men, women, and children alike. I am a real cuddle bunny, and it did not take long for my foster family to fall in love with me. I do pull my feathers out of my head and neck, but now with a proper diet of pellets, fresh fruit and veggies along with pasta, eggs and sweet potatoes and lots of love and attention I will be able to overcome this behavior. I make up for it with my award winning personality. I am a quiet bird and have been an only bird all my life. I think I enjoy the company of flock mates, so hopefully I will get adopted into a flock. I love to spend evenings watching tv on your chest, and cuddling..I also enjoy being at the dinner table to have a bite or two. I will make a wonderful companion to you, so won't you consider adopting me?
