Say hello to Ava! This sweet 1 1/2 year old girl was living in poor conditions at a trailer park in rural Tennessee. The owners were convinced to surrender her so that she might have the opportunity for a better life. Ava has been living with her temporary family since October, but because of their elderly special needs dachshund, Ava needs to find her FORever family. She is a very nice girl, gives hugs and kisses. She craves attention, is always interested in playing, and enjoys running ( for those of you looking for a jogging buddy). The ideal family for Ava would be outdoorsy and active, or have kids or another dog for her to play with. She would do best with a home that had a large fenced yard for her to play and excercise.
