My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jerry gets the "Cuddly Dog of the Year" award in our book! He is a sweet and loving chihuahua dachsund mix that a heart of gold. Jerry was rescued from a kill shelter after he was dumped there. He had been in a previous abusive situation but that has not had any bearing in his love for humans and other animals. Jerry had heartworms when we got him but he's completed his treatment and is cured and ready to go! He is a TOTALLY HAPPY LAP DOG and we want to be sure he gets a home where he can get tons of love and attention to make up for the unhappy life he's had until this point. Jerry needs to go to a home where he can sleep in the bed with his humans. He's doing very well with housebreaking and LOVES toys. (he carries around their "skins" and plays with them very happily.) Please please PLEASE help this sweet little peanut to find his forever home! He's small, under 15 lbs (we're trying to put a little bit of weight on him.)
