Felicity's Story...
Are you one of those people who wants a dog, but you just don’t want all the hassle of training a puppy? If this sounds like you, then Felicity just might be who you are looking for! Felicity is a well-adjusted, friendly, happy pooch that will be more like an instant best friend than a long-term project. At just a few years old, she does well with other dogs (we can do a cat test if necessary!) and adores the companionship of people. A wonderful mix of small terrier breeds, she’s just a plain ol’ perfect pick. Happy, healthy, and perpetually in high spirits, Felicity is waiting to meet you today!

Felicity has been given a second chance at life and cannot wait to meet that family who will take her home and love her forever. Is that your family? If so, contact her adoption consultant, Debby, at 440-364-1286 or djg4517@cox.net. Felicity is in a foster home, so Debby will set up a visit. You won’t be sorry!

** The adoption fee helps to cover the general veterinarian check-up, heartworm test, spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, rabies vaccination, worming, flea preventative, and microchip that all dogs adopted through Berea ARF receive prior to going into their new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Felicity, a Berea Cairn Terrier/Border Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier/Border Terrier for sale in Berea, or seeking a Cairn Terrier/Border Terrier dog from a breeder in Berea.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berea already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berea breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier/Border Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier/Border Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berea paves the way for another one to be saved.
