Spencer is a 3 yr old Yorkie whose owners surrendered because they didn't have enough time for him. He is a wonderful boy who is learning puppy manners in his foster home. Spencer is a very loving dog and would make a great companion. Spencer's adoption fee is $425. 00 which will include micro chipping and transport.
