HARLEY's Story...
Harley is an action packed little male, shorty JRT. He's approx 4 yrs old, weighs 13 lbs, is in great health, solid muscle, & looking for mischief - a typical JACK with an attitude! He needs a home with no children under 10 yrs old, & NO other pets. A fenced yard is a must for this little bundle of energy, & someone willing to spend time with him in training & PLAY. Left alone too many hours, he may need a refresher housetraining (& I have a great trainer who can help with that!), he uses a dogge door, & is crate trained. Harley is NOT a first time pet, but if you're dog savvy, & are looking for a fun loving little guy, who will keep you smiling -- then HARLEY is for you! His $150 adoption fee includes neuter, current vaccinations, heartworm & fecal tests, & a microchip ID.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

HARLEY, a Phoenix Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
