ADOPTION PENDING!

If you are interested in meeting this adorable Shepherd / Husky mix, please contact Julie at jblodig@jblodig.com.

Sasha is a beautiful 3 year old Shepherd / Chow Chow mix who weighs 52 pounds. Sasha is crate trained and house broken. She gets along great with other dogs. She loves people and prances when she gets excited, she does not jump on you but bounces up and down and in circles, one could even say she sashays - hence her name. She absolutely loves tennis balls and is very entertaining to watch her play with them. She is learning to play fetch with them by mimicking her canine foster sibling. She enjoys going on runs/walks with her foster mom and foster siblings. We are working on simple commands with her like sit and stay which I have no doubt she will master very quickly. Come and meet this sweet, wonderful, loving girl Sasha.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sasha, a Overland Park Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
