Holly's Story...
Holly is in NH. Holly is a 6 yr old Great Pyr. She gets along fine with kids and other dogs. She is not crazy about cats. Holly originates from LA. She is spayed and current on shots, heartworm & flea preventative. Holly weighs about 80# Holly would love to find a home where her people are home a lot as she loves to be with people and loves to get belly rubs and go for car rides. She is one of the few pyrs that does well off leash (until she sees a kitty)did we mention she likes to ride! Holly does have a bad knee ( torn cruciate) and we are still on the fence as to whether it would be in her best interest to have it fixed or not. She gets around fine ( has no problem jumping up on counter to steal something yummy) she just gets a little lame when she does too much. She certainly is a comical girl. If interested in Holly, e-mail for an application. A phone interview will be conducted, references checked and a home visit scheduled. Adoption fee is $300 which includes spay/neuter, up to date on shots, flea & heartworm preventative & health certificate. For more information, please contact us by calling (603) 843-5319 or e-mail us at This dog is being fostered in one of our homes, not a shelter. We can get a better idea of the dogs temperament and get the dog ready to live in it's forever home! All dogs coming from the south have been quarantined and vetted before traveling to New England!
Thank you for considering a rescue!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Holly, a Croydon Great Pyrenees dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees for sale in Croydon, or seeking a Great Pyrenees dog from a breeder in Croydon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Croydon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Croydon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Croydon paves the way for another one to be saved.
