Heidi's Story...
Meet Heidi! This very beautiful and sweet 5 year old lab mix girl is looking for a home! She has been given a second chance at life and cannot wait to find a new family who will love her forever. A true charmer, this girl will happily sit for a treat and loves to be around people. And she has a wonderful playful side, but also loves snuggle time too! What a great combination! We know that Heidi will make a great addition to some lucky family, if they will just give her the chance. Can you find it in your heart to give Heidi a home for the holidays?

If you would like to make Heidi’s wishes come true and give her a forever home, please contact her adoption consultant, Kristin, at 216-798-3154 or kristin_kudla@yahoo.com. She can’t wait to meet her new family!

** The adoption fee helps to cover the general veterinarian check-up, heartworm test, spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, rabies vaccination, worming, flea preventative, and microchip that all dogs adopted through Berea ARF receive prior to going into their new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Heidi, a Berea Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) for sale in Berea, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Berea.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berea already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berea breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Retriever (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berea paves the way for another one to be saved.
