Hi, my name is Buster! I never had a name before, just a kennel number. I came from a puppymill and we are just money makers with no names or love at that place. I am trying really hard to be a good boy and learn all the new stuff I am being taught. I never knew I was suppose to go potty outside. I just lived in a pen and we just had to go where we lived. It is much nicer to leave it outside and then come in where it is clean! I really love my foster daddy and I snuggle with him everytime he sits down in the big chair! He hugs me and kisses me and I love it! They keep telling me this is how dogs should live! Fine with me! Sure beats being cold and hungry in the mill.
I was brought to this rescue place with Jade and Joey, my buddies from the mill. They both have found great homes! Why hasn't my new family found me? I am pretty cute too! Do you think you might be the right family to continue my education, while giving me lots of love and patience? I sure hope so! I am ready for a new life of love and snuggles!!! Did I mention I am real cute and smart????
Buster is timid although he is very sweet once he learns to trust you. He is a real snuggle bug and he loves to sit and watch TV with you. He is crate trained and only barks when his sister Jade gets him going. He is not housetrained yet, but is working on it and is trying hard to understand the concept of doing his business outside. He is not possessive of toys or food. He gets along fine with other dogs and cats. He has not been around chlifren in his foster home, but the mill he came from did have small kids and we are told the dogs often were let out to play with the kids. His foster mom and dad feel he would be fine with children as long as they are dog savvy and know the do's and don'ts of small dogs.
Buster is located in Topeka, KS. He is a 4 yr old Black and Tan Male who weighs 8 lbs, stands 10" tall. Buster has a Docked tail with Cropped ears.
