Max's Story...
Hi, my name is Max and I’m a purebred Black Lab, a youngster yet at 7 ½ years of age. I am healthy and happy and love to play with my best buddy, Jackson who is a purebred Golden Retriever. Jackson and I have always lived together and we plan on keeping it that way. Jackson and I live in a wonderful home where we have been very well cared for. I’m told that I am exceptionally smart as well as handsome. I wouldn’t dream of soiling the house or being destructive in any way. I like to sleep in my crate and I am very well trained. In fact my family thinks I’m a dream dog. I love playing with my little human buddy too. Sadly for Jackson and I, my human mommy has to leave the Country and can not take us with her. So we are looking for a new home where we can show our new family how smart and well behaved we are. We want a family who will love us as much as we will love them. If you are looking for two handsome buddies, please email for more info on Jackson and I.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max, a Phoenix Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
