Rawley's Story...
Meet Rawley and Roxie! These little cuties were dropped off at a shelter in Tennessee with 4 other brothers and sisters. These guys were the last ones left to find homes. They are about 7 to 8 weeks old and their brothers and sisters looked like australian shepherds but roxie(F) and rawley(M) look like they may have some border collie and shepherd in them as well. Its hard to tell when people just drop cute little pups at a shelter without much of a reason. These babies are about 5lbs right now and they will make you laugh, watching them run around and bump into each other. They are extremely attentive and are figuring new stuff out about their toys everyday. At their young age, whoever ends up with these guys will be able to teach them a lot :). Please adopt these pups and give them a forever home. They will certainly return the favor with lots of hugs and kisses. If you're interested in adopting me you MUST click the following link BEFORE emailing for further information. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rawley, a Harrisonburg Border Collie/Australian Shepherd puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd for sale in Harrisonburg, or seeking a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd puppy from a breeder in Harrisonburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Harrisonburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Harrisonburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Border Collie/Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Harrisonburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
