Kissy's Story...
Hi! My name is Kissy! I am so happy and full of love, it starts my tongue in motion - I can't help but to give kisses! My foster mom says that it looks like I've been eating powdered donuts, which makes her laugh. I live in a home with my sister, several other dogs, a couple of cats, and a few small people... I think they're called children? I love them ALL! My favorite part of the day is going outside for walks and playtime. When we go for walks, I keep checking to be sure the People are still on the other end of the leash. So far, I haven't lost any of them! They seem to be pretty good at following me.

I love my crate, and the People are always telling me that I'm SUCH a smart girl. I think it's because I do my pottying outside, and I listen really well when they ask me to do things. Still... I'm not all grown-up yet. I have a lot to learn, and hope you would forgive me if I make a mistake here or there! I'm ready and waiting for my FORever family - is that you?

Our dogs are mainly fostered in TN at our parent rescues . We have many wonderful dogs looking for homes! All of them are completely vetted and neutered/spayed (if age appropriate) and on heartworm protection. All of them come with complete medical records. Their adoption fee of $425 covers their complete age appropriate vetting and heartworm preventative as well as their transportation to your area.
Our rescue doesn't have an actual shelter building in the Maine area. Due to this it is not possible to meet them prior to their adoption. Our dogs are brought up to their new owners weekly! We have a 14 day no questions asked money back guarantee and the dog can be returned to us if things don't work out. We try hard to get good matches in our homes so that everyone has a happy life together! To date we have placed over a thousand dogs and puppies in loving homes from Tennessee clear up to Canada!
We have many, many, references of happy adopters up in your area that can fill you in on their experience. Just email and we can pass along that information for your convenience.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kissy, a Foster Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Foster, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Foster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foster paves the way for another one to be saved.
