My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, I'm Topeka, and I need a forever home. I am about 4 years old and 9 lbs. I'm a little tense in new situations, but love to be cuddled and to play with toys. I think I was what you call "abused" in the past, but want to get past that for sure. I love girls best, but boys are ok too, I just need time to trust them. I am a little protective of my food and treats with other dogs, but you can take them away with no problems. I don't use puppy pads, but will gladly go out to the bathroom, and once i know your schedule, I will hold it. I may dribble pee when you put my leash on and off, but please forgive me for that, I don't mean too. I live with 2 chihuahuas right now, and we get along great, I also like cats. I hope you will take me home and shower me with attention and treats,which I love!
