Klahoya aka Suki-pending's Story...
Klahoya (her foster mom calls her Suki) and her two sisters were surrendered to our rescue to find them loving homes. She has the most adorable pointed ears and striking eyes. She is at a foster home with other dogs and will be socialized and begin to learn her puppy manners.
Her foster mom thinks Klahoya, is incredibly smart. She loves everyone she meets. She sits for her treats and is doing incredibly well with potty training. She LOVES playing in the snow and will dive into the snow drifts. It is really funny! Suki is a special little girl with a big heart. Click below to see more pictures.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Klahoya aka Suki-pending, a Detroit Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Husky puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Husky for sale in Detroit, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Husky puppy from a breeder in Detroit.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Detroit already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Detroit breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Husky breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Detroit paves the way for another one to be saved.
