INITIAL BIO 12/31/2010: My name is Hollie. I am 1 year old and weigh 8.6 lbs. I was found as a stray, and when nobody came to claim me, UYR took me in over the holidays (hence the name) and promised to find me a wonderful FURever home. I am currently being fostered in Cape Coral, FL.
OK, so what would you like to know about me? Foster mommy says I am one of the most wonderful dogs she has ever fostered. I am young, playful, friendly, HOUSETRAINED, and I eat all my food like a good girl. I get along with people and dogs. Cats? We're not so sure, so best if you don't have them. When I was rescued, I had a skin infection under my chin. The Dogtor prescribed antibiotics, and it is going away. When I got a checkup, they found an ear infection.... so maybe that's why I had the scratch on my chin that got infected. Either way, it's almost all better.
Last but not least, I am getting spayed tomorrow. I'm a little nervous, but FM says I will be fine. She says it is important that I can't have any babies, since there are so many babies without homes. So, what kind of home would I like? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE find me a home with a fur-friend. I really like to play with my furbuddies. I am friendly and love to run with them. That's my only request. I do bark a little when I'm left in the morning, so an apartment might not be best for me. FM says I have been making improvements in that department though. So, what are you waiting for? Could I be your New Year's Baby? xoxo - Hollie
