Oscar is a sweet boy. He is a red tick hound who refused to hunt so the hunter dumped him at a high kill shelter. He is so loving and doesn't want to hurt a fly. He has a very calm and sweet temperament. He loves to play fetch and cuddle on the couch. He is up to date on vaccines, neutered and ready for his new life and home.
