My story

CASSIDY is a love. This beautiful two and a half year old girl with a coat of many colors, from red fox to deep mahogany, is stunning in looks as well as temperament. Scared, lacking confidence, and distrusting upon arrival rescue has been the perfect panacea for this sweet girl. Everyday has been a sojourn into a life where she is valued, encouraged, adored and educated. She now understands the role of companion and social butterfly. CASSIDY gets along well with all dogs but cannot go to a home with cats or other small animals. She has a high prey drive and the retriever in her has her curious enough to seek out game. She is gentle as a lamb but will do precisely what her breeds were designed to do after all retrievers and setters are field dogs. She is energetic outdoors but just a willing to curl up with her head in a lap in front of a warm fire. She is a perfect companion for an active family or anyone who needs an ally for all of their activities and adventures.
