Duke is looking for his forever family. He is a little ball of joy and the person that adopts him will be an extremely happy person. Duke has so much love to give and is a puppy in age and personality. He lives in an apartment right now with his friend “Puppy” a male corgi/ terrier mix. They give each other kisses and are great friends. He is great with teenage kids, people and other dogs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Duke, a Tujunga Australian Cattle Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Tujunga, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Tujunga.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tujunga already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tujunga breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tujunga paves the way for another one to be saved.
