Angie-NJ's Story...
Angie is a beautiful 1.5-2 yr old Corso, just waiting to join her new family. Angie gets along with other animals- dogs and cats- and would do great in a home where she can have at least one other canine companion. Angie was originally found with a male Corso (Angus- also severely emaciated). They were pulled from the shelter together and then placed in separate foster homes to allow them to recover from their upper respiratory infections and put on weight. Though Angie has put on a good amount of weight since being in foster care, she still has a way to go. Don't you just want to grab Angie and give her a big hug and kiss?! Fill out an application if you want to adopt this lovely companion.

Angie's Adoption Donation is $350

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Angie-NJ, a New York Cane Corso dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cane Corso for sale in New York, or seeking a Cane Corso dog from a breeder in New York.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New York already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New York breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cane Corso breeders who help with Cane Corso rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New York paves the way for another one to be saved.
