My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hans: 4 yr old, neutered, male, 10.5lbs, 10.5 inches, cropped ears, docked tail, vaccinations up to date and heartworm negative.
Hans was rescued from breeding operation in Mississippi. We aren't sure what his life was like during that time but it wasn't one where he was treated like a treasure family member. He is amazingly calm for a dog his age. He hasn't had much experience in the world so everything is new to him. He is unsure at times but once he figures out the new thing is not a threat he ignores it. For example: the Christmas tree. He didn't "water" it but it must have gone through his mind. He brings so much joy to our home with his quiet, calm appreciation of the simple things; a warm blanket, a full tummy, a nap in the sunshine and good friends. (Chihuahuas are his BFFs.) We do not recommend Hans for small children since he is a little nervous with quick movements and loud noises. The perfect home for him would be a quiet home where he would be treasured, get to go on walks and sleep in the bed. Are you that home?
