COOKIE's Story...
PLEASE HELP ME FIND A FURREVER HOME AS I HAVE BEEN WAITING PATIENTLY FOR ALMOST 1 YEAR NOW!!!

I SEEM TO BE PASSED OVER BECAUSE I SIT SO QUIETLY IN MY CAGE AT PETSMART. TRUTH BE TOLD, IT GETS VERY BORING IN THAT CAGE SO I JUST HUNKER DOWN & SLEEP. WHEN I AM NOT AT PETSMART I LIVE WITH MY FOSTER FAMILY.

I AM A SWEET, 2 YEAR OLD, SPAYED GIRL WHO DESPERATELY WANTS TO BE IN A HOME OF MY OWN. MY FOSTER MOM, BETH, TAKES GOOD CARE OF ME. AND I LIKE HER CATS & THE CHILDREN IN HER HOME. I FOLLOW ALL THE RULES OF THE HOUSE & USE THE LITTERBOX AS A LADY SHOULD. I PROMISE I WILL BE A PERFECT LADY FOR YOU.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ME, PLEASE CALL BETH @ 609-980-5187.

THERE IS AN APPLICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS. IF APPROVED, OUR ADOPTION FEE IS $75.00. FEE INCLUDES VACCINATIONS, TESTING FOR FeLV & FIV, AND THE SPAY OR NEUTER OF THE CAT.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

COOKIE, a Hamilton Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Hamilton, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Hamilton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hamilton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hamilton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hamilton paves the way for another one to be saved.
