Rosa's Info...

I am already spayed and good with dogs.

Rosa's Story...
No doubt I am a cute little lady, and a sweet one too but I am a bit unsure of myself. I’m still very young and insecure so some new things make me nervous. I will do best in a home with children over 7 years old but other pets are fine by me. You must remember that I am a puppy still, so I will need some more training and socializing but have no rear- I am already crate trained, what wonderful start! I have a sweet, fun, youthful personality and I’m just waiting for someone to help this Rosa bud blossom! 9 months old-16bs. My adoption fee is $220 and includes; spay, microchip, reduced cost Training Class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & Treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosa, a Portland Miniature Pinscher/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher/Dachshund for sale in Portland, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher/Dachshund breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
