MITZY's Story...
PLEASE ADOPT THIS SPECIAL NEEDS KITTY
MITZY
I came to the Blue Moon Cat Shelter from Missouri. I was raised by an animal hoarder so I never received the personal attention that I should have had when I was small. I also had an eye problem that should have been taken care of. My new shelter mommy took me to the nice vet. and he did some surgery to make me see better. I’m ok now but I need a family that will clean and wipe my eyes everyday. I’m also very shy, but I’m sure if you love me I will get to be comfortable and love you back. I have also been spayed and given all my shots. If you can be extra patient with me and take care of my eyes, I promise to be your best friend for the next 20 years. Give my shelter mommy a call at 479-677-3021 and take me home for only $50.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

MITZY, a Witter Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Witter, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Witter.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Witter already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Witter breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Witter paves the way for another one to be saved.
