Here's what the humans have to say about me:
1-11-010 Coco - female, vet checked, vaccinated to date inclu. Rabies, altered, dewormed, tx flea preventative, heartworm tested (-), 10mos-1yr, ~19lbs, ~13" (at shoulder), Terrier?/Beagle? type mix.
Coco is a sweet heart. She came to us from a high kill shelter where she was not claimed. Like many small dogs she was very nervous in the shelter and did not “show well” which meant always being passed by. She was slated to be euthanized.
Come and meet Coco in person, she is camera shy so we are having a hard time getting pretty pictures of her! Coco is a great little dog, she has lots of spunk and personality but loves to settle and cuddle too. She really enjoys playing with other dogs big or small so she’d be a great second dog, she is also independent enough to be on her own. Coco is fine with cats and respectful children. This little lady is still a puppy at heart so she’d benefit from some basic training classes with her new family to help build her confidence and mould her in to a perfect family companion. She is crate trained and sleeps in her crate at night and when left alone. Coco likes to play with toys and race around a fenced yard, she’s really enjoy regular visits to a fenced off leash park. Coco is relatively active for a little dog so she needs a good brisk walk each day and if you’ve got a back yard to run around in that’s a bonus! Coco is best suited to a house with a fenced yard but could probably be fine in an apartment with enough daily exercise.
