I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

GAIA's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

GAIA's Story...
I'm free, I'm free - no more puppy mill for me!! I can follow my foster mom around all day, cuddle at her side or on her lap, or just veg out in my crate. The only thing I don't like is my leash. I get along with my "siblings", but I think I would prefer to be the only dog-more attention, right?

They named me GAIA. I weigh about 10 lbs and I'm about 5 yrs old. Just look at me and talk to me, and I will follow you home. I love people. I especially like to be held. I like to ride in the car sitting on your lap, but I don't move around so you can be a safe driver. I'll even walk on my hind legs for you. I'm very healthy and need a forever home! I've never been around kids, but I think I could like them too.

GAIA is currently fostered in PALM BEACH county. To learn more about adopting her, check out her webpage at http://www.coastalpoodlerescue.org/poodles/poodledetail.cfm?DogID=1383

APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY FROM FULL/PART-TIME RESIDENTS OF FLORIDA AS A HOME VISIT IS REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN FLORIDA, PLEASE LOOK FOR RESCUE GROUPS IN YOUR HOME STATE. WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION.

Can't adopt right now? Consider becoming a foster home for a rescue dog; it's temporary, but very fulfilling and your only cost is their food! Fill out a volunteer application from our website at www.coastalpoodlerescue.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

GAIA, a Melbourne Toy Poodle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Toy Poodle for sale in Melbourne, or seeking a Toy Poodle dog from a breeder in Melbourne.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Melbourne already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Melbourne breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Toy Poodle breeders who help with Toy Poodle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Melbourne paves the way for another one to be saved.
