Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lucy was stranded outside a big office building on Fort Lee, trying desperately to get in to look for food, when we saved her. Unbeknownst to us, she had apparently eaten rocks or other foreign material, so when the vet checked her out, it seemed she had cancer and probably should be euthanized. But we thought that there might be a chance part of her liver could be removed, or at least checked out carefully when she was spayed, so we gave her time to get healthy. Turns out she was perfectly fine, and now is spayed and has all her shots and is ready for a forever home. Her buddy here has been Creamy, but Creamy is so big and Lucy's so little that she usually gets mad at him for shoving her around and squashing her! She's sweet and playful, but be careful when you open a can of food: She becomes a ravenous tiger and will knock the can right out of your hand if you're not careful! Apparently it will take her a long time to forget how hungry she was when she was lost.
