MEET MANDEE....or as we call her "Mandolin" because she really does bring a song to your heart. This sweet, apricot, 12.7 lb, 2-3 yr old Lhasa Poo girlie is very shy and timid and she was a mess at the shelter -- it was hard to see what kind of dog she even was. She emerged as a soft and cuddly Lhasa Poo....not a speck of aggression in her -- who had never even walked on a leash before! She has had puppies, but she is in great shape and is at a perfect weight. Mandee is becoming more and more confident every day, but she really does need more socialization with other dogs and people. She will walk up to dogs on the street and we have even seen her begin to initiate play! When she blossoms, she is going to be an awesome dog! She does give soft little kisses and she is one of the most gentle dogs ever -- she would be okay with kids (5 years old +) and with some training, she will just melt your heart away! She definitely does need training!! She has a little of that "wild child" in her when she is left to her own devices -- which is why she would be better with a companion... but a human companion would be her best bet. If you work from home, this girl is ideal!! She is very quiet and smart...she learns quickly and truly wants to please. She LOVES her little treats and is a good and well mannered eater...she even sits down while she is eating! This is a wonderful dog who needs a wonderful home....and we think that she would do best with a companion....she does bark and cry when she is left alone, but she does settle down. She would be fine a few hours alone...but a pal to hang out with would be ideal and better for this little angel with a crooked halo!!
Our website is updated daily. Please do not apply for this dog unless your home fits the specified criteria. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, groomed, vet checked, dewormed, deflea'd and come with a leash, collar and ID tag!

We hold our adoption events most every Sunday from 10am - 3pm at My Pet Naturally (12001 W. Pico Blvd., West LA 90064).. You can see this, and many more, adorable pups at this weekly event! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!!! And don't forget to check out our
