My name is Morgan!

Domestic Mediumhair Cat for adoption in Oak Lawn, Illinois - Morgan

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Morgan's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Morgan's Story...
Morgan is a little angel that came to us after being removed from a bad hoarding situation. She was very malnourished and frail and quite frightened.

Morgan has learned to accept kindness and has fully discovered the act of PLAY! She is a very active little girl and can surely entertain a crowd! She is slowly starting to put on weight and though we would like to see her put on a few more healthy pounds, she will likely remain a very petite kitty.

Morgan has been spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and tested negative for FIV/FELV, she will be microchipped prior to adoption. Morgan is good with cats, dogs and children (age 10 and up)and would do best in a home with another animal companion.

If you are interested in Morgan, please contact Kim, our Feline Adoption Coordinator, at kjayne@rornfp.org for more information.

Please note, we do not have a building, so there are no "viewing hours". Please email for an application as our volunteers may not be able to return your call promptly. Thank you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Morgan, a Oak Lawn Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Oak Lawn, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Oak Lawn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oak Lawn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oak Lawn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oak Lawn paves the way for another one to be saved.
