Magnifcent Maizy's Story...
My name is Maizy and I have a story to tell. I was abandoned at the shelter completely emaciated with 7 newborn puppies. When Cuddly Canines first saw me then were not sure if I was gonna make it. I was immediately rush to an wonderful foster home who started to give me lots of high quality food, so I was able to feed my pups and myself. I have slowly started to gain weight and Ill need to gain about ten more pounds. But dont worry I will still look like a supermodel.
I am just about the sweested dog you will ever meet and I am looking for a home where I will be loved and cherished not thown away like yesterday's newspaper. Despite of what I have lived through, I still love all people I meet, and I have a very laid back personality. I get along great with other dogs. I promise to love you forever and bring a smile to your face everday. Will you be my forever home and give me my fairybook happy ending?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Magnifcent Maizy, a La Habra Heights Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in La Habra Heights, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in La Habra Heights.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in La Habra Heights already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a La Habra Heights breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in La Habra Heights paves the way for another one to be saved.
