My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meeko is a handsome, energetic, two-year-old Siberian Husky/Rottweiler mix. He came from a good home where his mom just didn’t have the time necessary to keep Meeko entertained and happy. Meeko won the hearts of the employees at his boarding kennel and they kept him while he looked for a new home. Unfortunately, the time in the shelter without a family was making Meeko sad, so a string of volunteers came together to get him into foster care. Meeko loves roughhousing with his canine siblings in foster care and going for jogs with his foster dad. He wants to be a part of all the family activities and is always inventing new games to play. Meeko has the trainability of a Rottie with the happy-go-lucky attitude of a Sibe. He is learning to be trustworthy when left alone in the house although he doesn't mind his crate. No cats for this guy though. With his striking eyes and playful expression, he wiggles his way into the hearts of everyone he meets.
