Beverly's Story...
Beverly is a beautiful Labrador Retriever, German Shepherd Mix. Her D.O.B is 1/20/09. She is one of those girls that just likes to lean into you when you pet her and just slids down onto her belly, then rolls over for belly rubs. Very Sweet and loving. Had in the office, and she will relax and be with you and be very loving. Super sweet!!! She has "Yoda" ears and looks adorable in her pictures. She needs to get out her excercise and would be a great walking companion. She should never be off lead, as she came to Mackenzies as a stray! So sniffing and running are her fun things to do! She loves people and other dogs, she is in a play group at Mackenzies with Murray and Hungry Howie. Good with adults and children as well.

For safety's sake, we are looking for homes with physical fenced in areas.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Beverly, a Lake Odessa Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Lake Odessa, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Lake Odessa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lake Odessa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lake Odessa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lake Odessa paves the way for another one to be saved.
