My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi this is BB. My foster people wanted to talk to you about me – they think I am pretty special and while they love my disc playing skills, they feel like a home with less dogs and more attention for me would be the best thing in the world. They also think it would be great for me to head to a home with kids, cause I am so good with them ... anyway, here is what they want to say: BB is a gorgeous BC who needs a forever family that is active and will work on basic obedience with him, to teach him that shadow chasing is not his job, but instead playing with his humans and working with them is where the "treat bag" is at! BB LOVES to play frisbee and would be a great dog for someone interested in getting started in the sport! BB does really well with multiple dogs, but would love to be in a household with only a couple dogs or less so that he has the opportunity to get lots of attention and activity from his people. BB is great with kids and other dogs, and is okay with cats. If there is down time currently in his foster home, and if he has not had some good disc playing time to get out his energy he will stand in the corner with his toy and wait for his shadow to move. When this happens, he bites at his toy. He also has this behavior in his crate. However, after some exercise and disc play he settles very well next to his person. The foster home hopes to find BB an active family home – frisbee, hiking, fetch, 4-H or other fun activities would be great for him. Maybe a child's first agility dog, or a person's first disc dog, etc. BB has some basic cues/commands, but needs a bit more structure in life to really learn that life can be a great ride when you're not looking in the corners for a shadow! This dog has great ability for sport and the ability to chill with his person after some good physical and mental stimulation
