Sponge Bob's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sponge Bob's Story...
My owner passed away and no one could take me in. I found myself at the pound in a small kennel. I love to be around people so the kennel life was not for me. I was very lonely and longing for a warm lap to cuddle up on. Kitty Connection knew how sad I was and took me in and placed me in a foster home. I am so happy to have someone to cuddle with. I love to be held like a baby and have my tummy rubbed!

I am neutered and up to date on all my vaccines. I will be getting a blood workup by my vet and my teeth cleaned and polished at the dentist. :) I do have luxating patellas which is very common in Chihuahuas, and due to my small size I will be just fine without surgery.

Please consider making me a part of your family so my golden years will be just as happy as my younger years.

If you can't take me home, would you consider making a donation toward the cost of my medical care?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sponge Bob, a Medford Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Medford, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Medford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Medford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Medford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Medford paves the way for another one to be saved.
