Justo's Story...
We don't know what the name means, but that's his name. Though he's 2 years old, Justo is still a big puppy with puppy energy. He enjoys walks, jogs, and spending time with his care giver. He LOVES his people! He has fun playing with other playful dogs and toys. Eager to please, we are sure he'll be an easy dog to train. Treats seem to be a real motivator. Justo would be the perfect dog for an active house and would love an owner that would take him jogging. He would also be a great buddy dog for another active young dog.

Justo is new to our program and would really benefit from having a foster home. If you're not ready to adopt a forever dog, why not try fostering? it's easy; love the dog, exercise the dog and teach the dog basic house hold etiquette. Justo would love you for it.

Justo is around 2yr old and lbs. Updated on shots, spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped, and heartworm tested. The adoption fee is $100

Email for more info or to meet.

Meet the dogs at our BIG adoption event at the Heights Petsmart located at 1907 Taylor St on 4/30 from 12-6pm. Meet and adopt your new family member!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Justo, a Houston Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Houston, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
