Chloe's Story...
Hi- I'm CHOLE! I'm as cute as a button and very lovable too! I'm black and white- with a cute black dot on my nose. Did I mention I'm so friendly? I love everyone who is kind to me and I really love dogs too- I just think they are wonderful! My foster home has a dog and I snuggle up to him all of the time and we play together too.

I'm a lucky girl- I was rescued as a stray- I was trying to survive all on my own outside a food establishment- I was scared, cold and lonley. Thankfully I was rescued and I am now happy, healthy and searching for a furr-ever home to call my very own! I am spayed, up to date on shots, tested negative for both FIV and FeLv, housetrained/litterbox trained and treated for the prevention of fleas, ear mites and worms. I am searching for an indoor only home.

(includes: spay, tested for FIV and FeLv, vaccinated, flea, worm and ear mite preventative treatment, housetrained/litterbox trained)

If you're interested in adopting me, please complete the online ADOPTION APPLICATION! I can't wait to meet you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chloe, a Xenia Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Xenia, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Xenia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Xenia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Xenia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Xenia paves the way for another one to be saved.
