Portia was taken into ODTR from a high kill animals shetler that fell in love!! Her foster momma says she is a cuddle bug (to the extreme), likes other dogs, is trying to settle in but is still a little anxious and nervous. We don't know where she came from - but we know where she is going!! To the perfect home. Is it yours??? Portia is estimated to be 7 months old and weighs just 7 lbs. she is spayed and wll be UTD on her shots before adoption. Portia prefers a home without children under 8.
