Buck's Story...
Buck is a friendly, loving, and playful pup. He gets along well with most other dogs and people. He is good with kids, but needs to be taught not to jump up. He has not been tested with cats yet. He knows some basic commands, but still needs training. He is currently working with experienced dog handlers to learn his manners, basic commands, and leash training. Buck would love to find a family with the time and patience to consistently train him while he grows up. Buck will be available for adoption as soon as he is neutered, until then adoptive families are encouraged to come meet him and fill out an application. We are not sure if he is housetrained.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buck, a Libby Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Libby, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) puppy from a breeder in Libby.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Libby already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Libby breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Libby paves the way for another one to be saved.
