Here's what the humans have to say about me:
**Please note: we do not have a physical location, we are supported by a network of wonderful foster homes that are spread throughout New England. A dog will need to be visited by a prospective adopter in the foster home where they are feeling safe and comfortable.**
Handsome Jethro is a German Shepherd mix with a beautifully marked black and brown coat and is four years old. He is a great walking companion who is housebroken and has excellent manners. Jethro especially looks forward to his time in the play yard, where he loves to run and especially enjoys the toys. He is great with people of all ages, gets along well with other dogs, and is polite to cats too!
Jethro is a happy dog and is so affectionate. He loves being held, cuddled and petted and will "talk" to you. His gentle, good-natured personality make him a favorite of the shelter volunteers. Jethro will be such a loyal and devoted family companion.
Like many of our sweeties, Jethro is with a partner rescue or shelter in the south. We need a loving indoor foster home in order to bring him north. Maybe you are not in a position to adopt a wonderful dog right now but could provide temporary care to get these sweeties out of harm's way? Send us an email at luckypuprescue@yahoo.com if you are thinking about it!
We would love to find this wonderful boy a loving home to call his own. Please visit our web site to find out about our adoption process.
