My story

Ginger could be the perfect fit for an active, close-knit family.

This pretty girl already knows how to sit and fetch, she's pretty good on the leash, and she's housetrained too! She was recently dismissed from a training class because she knew too much.

Always ready to meet a new friend, Ginger is very attentive and sensitive to corrections. She has shown us that she's good with other dogs.

Ginger will need an active family - she'll thrive on directed exercise, not just hanging around the back yard.

Recently, she was lucky enough to be brought to an "offsite" event to meet other shelter dogs, runners, and runner-owned dogs. Ginger was timid at first, but warmed up to all the other shelter dogs and people.

Ginger is currently in foster so we now know alot more about her around-the-house behaviors.
